Licensing (Public Beta)

1) Ownership

© 2026 Systemize Your. All rights reserved. The Service (including its software, design, and content) is owned by Systemize Your and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2) License Grant (Beta)

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service, Systemize Your grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service during the public beta for your internal business purposes.

3) Restrictions

You may not:

• sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where prohibited by law);
• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service;
• bypass security controls or attempt cross-tenant access;
• use the Service to build a competing product.

4) Bring-Your-Own Maps Key

Some features may require a maps provider key that you provide (typically for local builds). You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your key and complying with your provider’s terms and billing requirements, including any costs charged by that provider.

5) Beta Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” during beta. Features may change or be removed, and availability may be interrupted. No service level agreement (SLA) is provided during beta.
