Do I need a maps key?

Maps and geocoding may require a maps provider key in local builds. Drive-Time routing runs server-side and does not require your key. Follow your provider's documentation to create a key and enable its maps/geocoding services.

Where is my data stored?

Account and technician data are stored in our backend (Supabase). A maps key (if used) is stored locally in your browser storage (localStorage). Uploaded job files are processed in the app; some job data may be stored depending on the features you use.

How do I format my CSV/XLSX?

Include Customer, Address, City, State, and Zip columns. Optional columns like notes or duration can be added if your workflow needs them.

Why are some jobs missing from the map?

Usually an address is incomplete, misspelled, or uses a PO Box. Fix the address in your import file and re-import.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, click Forgot password? to send a reset link. Open the email link and you will be brought back to the app to set a new password.

Can multiple users share one workspace?

Not during beta. The beta model is one user per tenant. If your company needs multiple users, each user should have their own account/workspace.
