Systemize Your Routes - Quick Start

1) Add Technicians
Use the +/- Technicians button to add technicians.
If no technicians exist, Auto-Schedule will not run.

2) Load Jobs (CSV)
Click CSV Template to download the required headers.
Upload using Choose File or Drag & Drop.

3) Review Jobs
Radius filters the list to jobs in a distance radius.
Cities filters to a specific city.
Job Visualization mode is for review only.
Technician Routing mode is for scheduling.

4) Choose Routing Mode
Fast (Straight-Line) is quicker and does not use road networks.
Drive-Time uses roads and is more accurate, but can be slower.

5) Open Auto-Schedule
Click Open Auto Schedule. If it does not open, click once more.

6) Configure Schedule
Select technicians.
Choose start and end dates (a wider end date is fine).
Set Jobs/Tech/Day to a positive number.
Select the days of the week to schedule.

7) Start Scheduling
Click Auto Schedule.
Enter a start address for each technician when prompted.

8) Job Duration Settings (Drive-Time)
If your CSV has a Job Type column, you can map durations.
The job type must match exactly; otherwise it defaults to 1 hour.

9) Calendar View
Use Map/Calendar toggle to switch views.
Clear Map clears current jobs and the calendar (Technician mode only).

10) Export
Use Export CSV after scheduling to export results for your CRM.

Notes
Drive-Time and large CSVs can take a short time to finish.
The app does not persist data after clearing; export is the intended output.
